With Gratitude from The
Staff and Volunteers at Reachout America

Hello,

Your steadfast generosity and your innate concern for others in our country who are in need has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. It’s individuals like you who have both the capability to directly impact the lives of others, and the desire to make a difference. Combining that financial ability and service-centric need with taking action makes it possible for the nonprofit organizations you support to help others in need to remain hopeful and optimistic despite whatever particular challenge they may be facing. Because we know how much you care about our country and making a difference in the lives of others, we’re hopeful that you will include Reachout America, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, on your list of nonprofits to support this new year. Based in Georgia, this national charity is devoted to bringing not only unique and life-changing experiences to children who have special needs, but also to children who are at risk or homeless.

Launched in 2006 by a man who was seeking a way to focus his energy and thoughts on being of service to others instead of on himself since he was unexpectedly diagnosed with the debilitating MS disease, Reachout America is designed for kids who aren’t able to participate in activities with other kids their age. The nonprofit provides these children with amazing and inspiring experiences they would never have without the organization’s help. Through support from people like you, Reachout America is able to sponsor children with special needs, congenital or acquired disabilities, or critical illnesses – enabling them to attend and participate in horseback riding camps, space camps, and many other specialty-interest camps of their choice across America. The founder and man at the helm, Bill Chafin, has been able to build authentic, long- term relationships with countless specialty camps across America throughout the years, many of which offer week-long programs for its young, in-need guests.

As a result, Bill and his team have successfully connected children and their caregivers with the perfect camps to create lifelong memories and life-empowering experiences for all involved. Further, donations to this wonderful program cover not only all the expenses for the children’s caregivers to travel to these camps with their loved ones, but also all the expenses involved in purchasing or renting any specialty medical or supportive equipment needed throughout the child’s at-camp experience.

In addition to supporting special needs children, Reachout America has an Outreach Program created to assist displaced and homeless at‐risk youth. Reachout America covers the travel expenses needed to help kids on the streets return back to their loving homes, as well as the expenses required to provide a safe refuge in a supportive environment for children who do not have a healthy home life in which to return. The overall mission at Reachout America is to bring hope, healing, and life‐affirming experiences to the children and youth in America who need these gifts. To fully realize the positive impact Reachout America can have in the lives of deserving children, the nonprofit counts on your help. Please consider including us on your list of nonprofits to support this new year.

Thank you for the possibility,

Bill Chafin Signature
